KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and maintain AI-powered low-code applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio agents, Canvas/Model-driven apps).
Configure and train Copilot Studio bots through prompts, actions, orchestrations, connectors, and enterprise datasets.
Implement RAG components, integrate Azure AI models, and connect to enterprise systems (APIs, Dataverse, SAP, SharePoint, internal services).
Build and maintain custom connectors, reusable components, and scalable data structures.
Deliver in an agile setup: grooming, estimation, sprint reviews, technical demos.
Follow enterprise ALM processes, documentation standards, and DLP/security policies.
Work closely with AI Architects, Project Managers, SMEs, and IT stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
Practical experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI frameworks.
Good knowledge of Azure AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and basic RAG patterns.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems (REST APIs, SQL, SAP connectors).
Strong delivery mindset and ability to work autonomously.
English mandatory (fluent).
Nice-to-Have
PL-100 or PL-400 certification.
Experience with multi-environment ALM, enterprise DLP policies.
Prior experience in large international organisations.
