MANPOWERGROUP Portugal, Líder mundial em serviços de Recursos Humanos, encontra-se a recrutar um Administrativo financeiro (m/f) para prestigiado Cliente localizado no distrito de Lisboa

Responsabilidades:
1) Managing the car fleet incl. managing the relationship with our Leasing providers:
o Ongoing management of car fleet: Incl. Maintain Excel overview of cars in the fleet including key information for these, support employees and Leasing vendors on “challenging” cases where they cannot solve issues themselves
o Support F&O Director in updating company car policy once yearly including getting updated car proposals from Leasing vendors to update the eligible cars in the policy
o Support employees in the process of ordering new company cars via the Leasing vendors and ensure short-term rentals are ready for when new employees start
o Manage Via Verde accounts for the car fleet: E.g. request new accounts or tokens
2) Managing select administrative tasks such as reporting to authorities and handling purchasing orders + invoices:
o Manage reporting obligations to authorities, e.g. reporting to INE (Instituto Nacional de Estatística) in collaboration with external vendor EY, reporting of financial transactions related to HCPs and HCOs (physicians) to INFARMED, …
o Managing vendor creation, purchase order issuance and invoice handling for the F&O area incl. follow-up with vendors
o Manage archiving set-up for F&O (digital archiving) as well as limited physical archiving obligations across the company
3) Providing ad-hoc support to the F&O Director and other team members:
o Support Supply Chain team on select administrative tasks:
? Manage return process from customers (e.g. review return claims and ensure internal approval)
? FEBA transactions (map payments to customer documents)
o Accounting:
? Support at year-end, e.g. request statements from vendors and customers
o F&O Director:
? Ad-hoc support depending on capabilities and time available (e.g. management of SharePoint site, support on PowerPoint presentations, support on event planning, …)

Requisitos:
Experiência necessária: 1 ano em função similar
Habilitações mínimas: 12º ano de escolaridade
Habilitações preferenciais: Licenciatura
Formação específica: Sem formação específica necessária
Conhecimentos de informática: null

Competências comportamentais: Capacidade analítica

Boa capacidade de trabalhar com Excel
Experiência em SAP (valorizado)
