Randstad is looking for candidates to integrate an administrative assistant position.Your main responsibilities will be:
? Coordinate communication between our Managing Director and any resource/providers;
? Schedule meetings and coordinate calls;
? Assist with calendar and synchronization between different time zones;
? Provide Referrals, document conversation and update CRM system;
? Provide summary of conversation and prepare the Director for appointments;
? Assist and be in constant communication with our Intended Parents to provide the best support;
? Follow up and update CRM system with resolution on cases accordingly after video call consultations on a weekly basis;
? Process Expenses;
? Assist with all traveling arrangements including booking meetings, Hotels, flights;
? Interact with providers on behalf of the manager;
? Create presentations as needed;
? Provide monthly reports;
? Other admin tasks, as an executive/personal assistant, there will be need to assist with personal tasks as well as translation from Portuguese.

Competências:
Do you think you can handle it? If you have:Executive administrative experience - minimum 3 years;
Strong English - writing and reading;
Fluent in Portuguese;
Ability to work under pressure;
Excellent time management;
Organizational skills;
Great interpersonal skills;
Experience in international and remote settings;
Flexible hours/days;
Overtime as needed;
Great communication skills.
