Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting an Accounts Payable Team Leader, fluent in English, to support our client Thales, established in Paço de Arcos, Lisbon.What are my responsibilities?
- Posting of AP/ AP-ICC invoices;
- Direct contact with suppliers;
- Account reconciliation;
- ICC collection.
- Supervise and coordinate the Accounts Payable team members
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel and outlook);
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Experience in Team Management;
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
- Reliable and organized, with autonomy and strong communications skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
