responsabilidades chave

• Manage payments processing to suppliers and employees, including foreign currency and cross-currency payments;
• Process bi-monthly payment run (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF) to suppliers, weekly payment run to employees, as well as perform manual payments as requested;
• Process Tax and Payroll payments;
• Manage receipts and allocate to the proper customer;
• Daily Cash Book update;
• Control bank statements and perform monthly bank accounts reconciliation (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF):
• Perform regular AP/AR reconciliations and control aged creditors and debtors;
• Complete period end closing activities;
• Controls bank account balances;
• Manage virtual credit cards expense processing, including posting and checking of internal guidelines and procedures;
• Work closely with the banks to ensure payments are processed without delays;
• Address and respond to vendor inquires, including monitoring finance email inbox;
• Support with external auditors requests;
• Other standard GL journal entries as required.

competências

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting;
• Experience in a share service environment (preferential);
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• High degree of attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks;
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset, comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organization;
• Team player, results and quality oriented;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
• Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel and outlook).
