Competências:
what you need to apply:- Prior experience of transactional accounting activity processes and/or team leadership
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments with responsibility across multiple territories
- Experience of working in a start-up and / or shared Services centre environment is a plus
- Overall commercial acumen and business management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others at all levels
- Ability to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Authentic, fun, diplomatic, with high levels of personal integrity and clear drive to collaborate
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). One or two additional European (French, Spanish, Italian or German) language skills are advantageous
Principais responsabilidades
what you´ll do:This position will focus on managing a team in order to deliver the services agreements requirements for Thales internal customers. This includes contacting with several actors like the Head of Thales, Thales team members and other staff and management.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Running the designated sub team in the organization, hierarchically and functionally
- In support of the continuous improvement activities, propose improvement overall policy and associated objectives
- Ensure a collaboration between the team and the country contact persons
- Coaching and supporting the team in its efforts to meet the needs
- Other tasks related with the business process
