Our client is Multinacional Company in the FMCG sector that are looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to manage a team of 3 people.responsabilidades chave
Preparation of annual financial statements according to local statutory requirements;Responsible for timely and accurate tax, statistics, and national bank reporting;
Coordination and support of the audits, internal SOX Controls;
Lead local accounting and tax team with monthly and annual closing (financial statements preparation, CIT, VAT, tax calculation etc.);
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation with a support of external tax advisor;
Leading side implementation of initiatives and procedures related to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll.
competências
Solid experience in Accouting and Tax and with a minimum of 2 year Manager role;Experience in a multinational environment and preferable in the FMCG sector;
Certified Accountant;
Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP;
Fluency in English (mandatory) and in spanish (plus);
Takes the initiative, is forward thinking and hands on;
Strong leadership and coordination skills;
Analytical and problem solving skills.
