Execution of administrative AR tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global AR product catalogue:
- Clarification of income payments;
- Contact Business Unit's and Customer by phone and email;
- Dispute management;
- Closing activities;
- PCMB's Controls Verifications;
- KPI's Verification;
- KPI preparation;
- Contribute to continous to improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent French
- Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Team Player, with strong costumer focus, results & quality orientation;
- Reliable, organized, with autonomy and strong communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
