Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming invoices. - Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT. - Analyze price/quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions. - Develop process documentation. - Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices. Qualifications: - Fluent in German and English (mandatory). - 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment. - College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification. - Working experience with SAP FI and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel). - Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
