• Issuing customer invoices
• Ensure the collection of customer invoices and allocation of receipts
• Bookkeeping supplier invoices, employee expenses and the recording of  payments as well as their allocation.
• Ensure reconciliation of supplier and customer current accounts
• Recording payroll 
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Management of the customer and supplier database
• Management of fixed asset records
• Support in the monthly closing processes
• Support to business units

• Business, economy and/or accounting degree or equivalent
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
• Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines;
• Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and service providers
• Good team player;
• Advance Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
