Our client is a multinational telecommunications company, which following the need to strengthen its team, seeks to identify one:
 
AC Customer Support (m/f)
Lisbon
 
Job purpose
 
Support AC Service network; Give support for technical training to Service Centers and customers; Support product technical issues & factory reworks.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
 - Measure Service Centers quality KPI’s, support strategy to improve customer’s satisfaction;
- Visit Service Centers to support implementation of Service processes and strategy;
- Provide technical support to installers and Service Centers;
- Support technical training strategy for Service Centers and customers according to the established guidelines.
- Support for Training Room management and updates;
- Give support for Service Centers and customers technical issues,
- Support factory product reworks and make quality reports.
 
Experience Required
 
- Bachelor degree;
- Bilingual;
- Flexible and Dynamic;
- Strategic Focus;
- Empowerment;                                                               
- Creativity;
- Technical knowledge of AC products;
- Good social and communication skills,
- Analytic & administration skills.
