???? Join our client's Team in Lisbon as a Dutch Customer Support SpecialistAre you an experienced Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their rapidly expanding team. On offer we have a hybrid work style and rotational day shifts.
Responsibilities:
???? You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide advice to their requests regarding their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
???? Assist the business and private customers on the phone and via email in using the online booking systems, to make reservations, offer our customers a full-service package and find a solution for any problem.
???? Advise customers over the phone and via email.
???? Be fluent in Dutch and English
Experience:
? Experience with Customer service
? Be based in Lisbon
