Our client in Portugal is looking for a French Services Agent who will help the French market via phone, e-mail and chat.The chosen person will be working in a team and assigned to a project with all training and support provided, and the selected employees will be working permanently from home.
Requirements:
v Native level or Fluent Level of French
v Fluent level of English
v Previous experience as Representative Agent, Call Center
v Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
v Identify and assess needs to achieve satisfaction.
v Handle and resolve client's problems via phone, chatting and emails.
v Provide accurate and valid information by using the right tools.
v Communicate clearly and gently with all consumers
v Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
