Franklin Hotel is a luxury 5-star hotel in London, England. It is located at 22-28 Egerton Gardens, Knightsbridge on the borders of Chelsea.We seek to employ for the position of food and beverage managers who will preform the following duties:
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the Hotel.
Responsible for all details pertaining to functions being held in all Banquet and Meeting rooms in keeping with the standards prescribed by management.
Responsible for achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs.
