Visitors to the online department have access to more than six million products. Market research shows that the store is one of the most popular stores with customers from the Netherlands and Flanders.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for customer queries within a set time frame;
- Answering customer queries through troubleshooting;
- Identify possible escalations and execute them according to the correct procedure;
- Collaborate with back-office and other departments to provide a focused solution to the customer.
Your profile:
- Excellent command of Dutch, orally and in writing;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- You enjoy dealing with people and have excellent communication skills;
- You are professional and able to work in a team;
Salary:
BASE SALARY - 1250€ GROSS.
Contract:
The initial contract with a duration of 12 months
Private health insurance after signing the contract (in addition to the standard insurance).
