Your new employer in Portugal is a well-known customer service provider that has many headquarters across Europe. The company currently employs over 400 thousands people and regularly receives awards for employer satisfaction. Currently, our client is looking for Dutch-speaking employees in customer service.You can work from anywhere in Portugal, i.e. fully remote from home!
Your responsibilities on the daily basis:
- Help clients solve problems in Dutch (min. C1)
- No English skills needed!
- Providing clients with the necessary information
- Support for a certain number of customers assigned by phone, email or remote connection
- Implementation of objectives in accordance with quality standards
- Work as the main contact for all customer problems
REQUIREMENTS
- You have a native or near-to-native command of Dutch (min. C1)
- Good command of English (min. B1)
- Ability to work on the phone and via e-mail
- Customer-oriented action
- You need to be a teamwork as well as independent worker
OFFER
- Contract for 6 months available - if you are willing to spend summer in Portugal
- Employment contract directly from the company for 12 months with possibility of extension
