At this moment, Kelly Services is looking for a Business Development Manager, for a Hospitality Company in Algarve, which is one of the largest players in the European online market for accommodation rentals, such as holiday homes and holiday parks and market leader in more than 3 million holidaymakers from over 118 different countries.
As Business Development Manager you will make a difference for our vacation home owners! You know where to find them and how to make them stay with us by offering the best possible support. As a result you achieve and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
  • Constant research on the catchment and identify key homes which can be acquired to do business;
  • Meet homeowners and providing comfortable stays for many;
  • Build a joint business plan with the home owners in order to have a profitable business association;
  • Periodically review SLAs signed off with the home owners;
  • Develop, evolve and execute strategies to identify and add quality supply to the pipeline;
  • Adhere to the business norms and ensure profitability through effective P&L Management;
  • Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation through home go-live;
  • Resolve issues arising between home Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team;
  • Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area;
Required Skills Business Development Manager:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales. Structuring and negotiating complex deals and solving business problems;
  • Strong personality, able to conduct independent commercial negotiations;
  • Business savvy and a sales-oriented professional who will help in establishing and as well as a key technology driven home network in the defined region;
  • Relevant network in the region or you are able to build and expand it quickly (Algarve);
  • Demonstrates high ethical values and analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese;
  • Driving license and you are willing to have appointments with customers;
