Hi there! Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Junior - french speaker, for a prestigious company in the aviation sector. Coimbra Responsabilities: Invoice analysis; Prepare invoices for payment; Purchase order evaluation; Support for corporate travel programs; Review expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel policy; Respond to supplier information requests. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 1/2 years of experience; Ability to handle large volumes of data; Ability to process a minimum of 80 invoices daily with 98% accuracy; Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures; Attention to detail and accuracy; Effective communication skills, both oral and written; English and French proficiency: advanced. SAPOffer: Contract with Adecco; Ongoing project; Hybrid work model; A motivated, fun, and dynamic team; Base salary + Meal allowance. Working hours: From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM - Weekends off.
