Our company is a multinational leader in it's sector. As they are expanding their activity in Portugal, they are looking for an:HR Generalist (m/f) - Distrito Coimbra
This professional will be responsible for
- Supports recruitment and onboarding needs including completing recruitment projections, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; making offers, collecting onboarding materials, reporting on progress;
- Support delivery of company-wide and localized internal communication cycles;
- Embed a balanced approach to performance management consistent with developing a performance based culture;
- Curate, develop and deliver a broad range of learning and development solutions that increase management and team effectiveness;
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, delivery and recording of training and or social events.
Profile:
- Formal post-secondary education and/or training in Human Resources or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of prior experience working in a similar role;
- Excellent level of English (both written and verbal);
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, and planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship-building skills;
- Flexible, open, and approachable attitude;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team setting.
