Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting a local immigration manager for a prestigious client company in real estate consultancy and Golden Visa Program.

Main Responsabilities:
- Supporting office operations;
- Running instructions from the head and top management of General Immigration;
- Supporting new employees’ integration, supporting the existing team;
- Coordination of the CRM daily work;
- Checking the Sales Team knowledge and effective presentation skills by checklists;
- Creating tools and all necessary documentation.

Fixed schedule from 9.30 to 18.30 (Saturday and Sunday are days off);
Localization: Lisbon

Necessary skills:
- Native English speaker:
- Portuguese language from B2, as an advantage;
- Deep understanding of business processes;
- Financial or economical education;
- Business or financial experience more than 2 years;
- Advanced PC user (CRM, KeyNotes | PowerPoint, Database Management Systems);
- Analytic skills;
- Out-of-the-box thinking;
- High speed of task execution;
