Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a growing company, that develops and optimizes new technologies to improve senior people lives.They want to reinforce their structure with a Tech Lead (m/f).Competências:
The main requirements are the following:- Degree in IT or similar area;
- 5+ years in strategic and executive-level technical and operational leadership;
- Proven ability to set vision and strategy for technology and operations;
- Experience on the development of technical roadmaps for architecture, operations, and security at scalable platforms or applications with significant data management and content delivery needs;
- Experience managing budgets and planning cycles, creating systems for creative and sustainable workflows, and effecting high impact improvements to resiliency and efficacy;
- Clear and effective communication skills for diverse settings and audiences;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including limited weekends, and travel internationally as needed;
- Fluency in English.
