Our partner is a multinational company providing outsourcing services for a variety of clients seeking to enhance the growth of the various business sectors in which they are involved.This company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (m/f).
Competências:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or any IT related degree- 5+ years of experience with analysis of IT processes, re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency and quality in accordance to client SLA requirements;
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and supporting tools,
- PMI-ACP (Scrum Master), PMP, CAPM Certification desirable.
Principais responsabilidades
The role of Service Delivery Manager is to manage the overall operations program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives.Responsibilities:
- Engage and maintain client relationship, determine clients' needs in accordance with project SOW's/SLA's;
- Accountable & responsible for introducing account-centricity for running smooth operations around scope, time, cost, quality, change, communication, risk and crisis management, and integration;
- Define projects/programs; assign managers to initiate and manage the performance of production operations;
- Ensuring that SLAs are met, and deliverables are provided on time with high quality and within budget;
- Lead, manage and direct Functional teams while coaching project teams on Waterfall, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
