Kelly IT Resources is hiring a Manufacturing IT Cybersecurity Engineer (M/F) to support our client's Tech Center in Braga, Portugal.

About the position:

Manufacturing Test Development Engineer in the Test MTT Group, supporting all products lines for product memory programming technology & implementation of best practices globally. Provide technical direction for programming of cyber security functions into products. Partner with FIS team. Be the “go to” engineer for all cybersecurity key management systems.  Support the PML’s with installation and debug of the key broker servers or any new key management system deployed. This position reports to the EGM assigned as the Test MTT Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical leadership for manufacturing development of test software, hardware, and application specific tooling for product memory programming
  • Develop manufacturing product programming methods for cyber security algorithms
  • Work with other engineering competencies to ensure designs are optimized and producible at market leading reliability and cost
  • Globally source equipment, conduct product SW and HW design reviews with program teams to ensure product are programmable/testable and can also achieve first-time quality and cycle time targets for products produced in manufacturing facilities
  • Estimate / provide costing information for product memory programming processes

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (EE or EET)
  • 4 or more years’ experience and proficient software development skills in one or more test  software languages: National Instruments LabView, NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++, C
  • Electrical schematic creation experience and understanding
  • Experience working with automotive communication protocols; CAN, LVDS, Flex-ray
  • Experience developing programming routines for micro-controller onboard FLASH memory and/or memory ICs
  • Experience using flash programming tools like Flashrunner 2.0, Data I/O
  • 4 or more years' experience developing product programming methods and software
  • Experience flash programming boot & application software into microprocessors and/or memory ICs
  • Experience using National Instruments tools - PXI hardware and NI software
  • Exhibits high level of attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, proactive

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • MS degree
  • Experience working with international mfg. sites & suppliers in Asia, the EU, & the Americas
  • Strong teamwork and partnering skills
