The company:
American film and entertainment studio, founded in 1923 by four brothers. The company established itself as a leader in the American film industry before diversifying into animation, television, and video games, and is one of the "Big Five" major American film studios.
Your tasks:
- Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
- Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak French in proficiency (C2)
- You speak English (B2)
- You would like to work from home in South Portugal
- You like interacting with people
- Full time employment
- Working shedule: Monday to Sunday – 8 am to 9 pm, 2 rotational days off (5days/week, 8 hours/day)
- Work from home in districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
- 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

- Competetive salary and bonus system: 895€ gross x 14 months up to 100€ performance bonus/month + Transport allowance 20€ per month +Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day
