Responsibilities of a Bar Manager:
• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Create and update drink menus in collaboration with management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff schedules.
• Develop promotions and strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements: Apart from being well-versed with Bar operations, the ideal candidate would also have some experience in organizing Bar Events
Basic Salary: AED 8,000/-
Accommodation: Furnished 01-bedroom apartment in the hotel
Employment Status: Family (Self + 1 Dependent)
Vacation Airline Ticket: Round Trip, once a year for Self + Dependent
Service Charge/Bonus: As per company policy, entitled to annual bonus subject to achieving KPIs
Meals: Entitlement as per Company policy
Medical Insurance: Self + Spouse
