Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Tech Lead (Java) (m/f), for direct integration, in a multinational company.Currently, the company is working Full Remote.
After covid, they will have some remote work days each week.
competências
- Requirements:
- - More than 5 years of experience developing software.
- - Experience leading a software development team.
- - Experience with Java EE APIs (JAX-RS, RESTful Web Services).
- - Experience with JavaScript, Less, HTML5, JSON, XML, TypeScript and AngularJS (or other).
- - Knowledge of Maven, Grunt and/or NPM.
- - Knowledge of software architecture design.
- - Experience working according to agile methodologies is valued.
- - Good knowledge of English (intermediate level - mandatory requirement).
responsabilidades
- Responsibilities:
- - Lead the design, architecture and development of software.
- - Technical leadership of a software development team.
- - Close contact with the Product Owner regarding backlog and scrum meetings.
- - Supervise the development of software features.
- - Suggest improvements to the software development processes.
- - Mentor team members.
