Professional Qualifications Required to Succeed
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issued.
- Highly proactive and reliable, capable of working independently and as part of a group; completing or escalating incidents to senior members of the team as needed.
- Knowledgeable of set up and installation of computer and networking equipment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications as well as Windows Operating Systems, Linux, or Cisco
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Terminal Server/Remote Desktop, and Active Directory.
- High level of independence and responsibility in a small agile technology company
- Exposure to a truly international business with relationships and clients around the world
