Our client is a multinational company from the Automotive sector, working on the expansion of its Inside Sales team.Descrição
Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and productivity targets assigned;Lead internal department whose primary responsibility is growing sales;
Promote an atmosphere where all employees are empowered to make appropriate decisions and respond quickly to customer needs and requests;
Investigate customer needs and devise methods to improve the overall sales;
Recommend policies and operating procedures as needed to ensure positive customer and employee relations;
Develop and nurture customer relationships that promote customer loyalty and contribute to business objectives;
Respond to internal and external customer needs, requests and concerns as appropriate; investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to appropriate staff; assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between customers and operations;
Maintain an atmosphere of open communications that promotes excellent employee satisfaction;
Maintain communications between multiple departments to help promote customer satisfaction and drive sales;
Contribute to fiscal planning and make budgetary recommendations;
Control costs per commitments and work to identify and implement creative solutions to minimize costs;
Collect data and information about customer concerns, needs and problems and implement appropriate corrective actions;
Track and monitor defined Inside Sales metrics. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and/or conclusions;
Coach, develop, and mentor Sales Representatives to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge;
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein;
Actively lead and manage associates.
Perfil desejado
Bachelors degree in Business Administration;Two to five years of proven success leading a high performance inside sales team in a technology environment;
Experience in all facets of an inside sales operation;
Ability to communicate to all levels of management and customers;
Comprehensive knowledge of sales leadership is required;
Fluency in English;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and organizational skills;
Requires a self-motivated individual able to work in a team environment;
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrated computer literacy and team leadership skills are required;
Knowledge of SAP CRM preferred;
Ability to travel.
