Our client is is a worldwide operating automotive supplier. Due to its growth they are seeking to recruit a Inside Sales (m/f) - automotive to aveiro area.
Competências:
Profile:- Professional diploma in Business Administration or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive industry or similar;
- Background in similar position within an industry company;
- High personal motivation and the ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives;
- Strong analytical background;
- Attention to detail;
- Advanced English language skills;
- German language skills (desirable);
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office especially in Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers and Account Managers to support and resolve any customer issues including but not limited to, pricing, deliveries, capacity, over-due payments;
- Identify and arrange customer follow-up meetings;
- Calculate new sales prices based on the sales pricing policy;
- Create and issue customer offers based upon the company pricing policy;
- Proactive sales follow-up on sample deliveries and quotations directly or through the Key Account Man-ager;
- Prepare monthly sales reports including market data, sales analysis and presentations;
- Lead CRM projects and development as required;
- Responsible for the management of version release, attending workshops and seminars;
- Support of development of reporting databases & shared documents.
