Randstad Professionals is a specialized recruitment company for middle and top positions.Our client is a leading multinational company in the automotive industry that is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities:
Actively work on the Employee Empowerment processes in a daily shop floor approach, coaching and contributing to the add value on the business goals and needs;
Pilot innovation & development HR projects focus on continuous HR improvement;
Ensure high quality of recruitment processes and the on boarding follow up;
Conduct and energize all the communication processes within the Plant/Division;
Support the managers in the follow up of individual development plans teams and employees, increasing retention and attractiveness;
Support the HR Plant Manager in all the HR issues, acting as a business partner and back up.

Competências:
Requirements:- University level degree in HR-related field;
- Minimum 3 - 5 years progressive HR experience in a high-growth fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational, customer service, time-management and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- International mindset;
- Microsoft proficiency;
- Proficient level of English.
