Competências:
Requirements:- University education at the undergraduate level in Management, Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting or related;
- With professional experience, in the function, at least 3 years;
- Certified Accountant (Eliminatory factor)
- IFRS Knowledge
- US GAAP Knowledge (valuable)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Spanish;
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Microsoft Office);
- Knowledge and experience in SAP
- Experience in tax and statistical tasks (IVA, SAFT, IRC,)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High organizational and planning capacity;
- Immediate availability.
Principais responsabilidades
The Accountant will support the plant controller by providing financial information, researching and analysing accounting data.Responsibilities:
-Preparation of tax declarations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines;
-Organization of fiscal dossier of the company, namely preparation of mandatory tax maps (depreciations, provisions,…);
-Preparation of statistical surveys to various entities (INE, Banco de Portugal,…)
-Preparation of annual financial statements and respective accounts;
-Control and supervision of all accounting elements, as well as the monthly and annual closure of accounts;
-Treasury analysis and control of bank movements, as well as execution of bank reconciliations;
-Support in the audit process;
-Organization, classification and register of accounting documents;
-Support to preparation of financial information.
