- Assisting the customer through several channels regarding his reservations;
- Assisting the Landlords to advise their proprieties and manage the reservations;
- Providing information with regards to products/services available;

Competências:
Which requirements are we looking for? Which of your abilities will be needed?- German native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- English fluent speaker C1 Minimum (mandatory);
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Good informatics skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Empathy;
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Immediate availability.
