Job description:
The goal is to support the managing of clients ads.
This position helds the responsibility of contacting clients, through three different communication channels: chat, e-mail and phone. The goal is to do the proper follow-up with the client, about his satisfaction with the results for his add, and also make the adjusted improvement suggestions for upgrading it.

What We Offer:

Competências:
Requirements:-12th grade;
-Knowledge of google adwords (preferential);
-Customer service experience (preferential);
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Fluent english;
-Fluent in one of these languages: German, Dutch, or Danish.
