Our client is looking for an Recruitment Offline Manager:Be responsible for service management, including online service/ offline service/ spare parts management/ VOC management and technical support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service supplier management, including supplier certification/ supplier evaluation/ KPI monitoring and improvement;
- Offline Service management, including service network building/ service shop building and renewal/ offline business analysis and operation/ spare part management/ service MKT/ settlement;
- Online Service management, including knowledge producing and maintain/ online business analysis and operation;
- VOC management and technical support, including VOC monitor and analysis/ TOP issues warning/ training and technical improvement;
- Service strategy formulating and implementing.

Competências:
Requirements:- At least 3 years of service experience in a consumer electronics company, including online service/ offline service/ spare parts management/ VOC management and technical support;
- Experience with service and technical support;
- Familiar with service mode and service operation flow for consumer electronics industry in Portugal, and sensitive for consumers requirement;
- Familiar with consumer electronics products functions and technical problem handling experience;
- Strong data analysis ability, including service cost and business data;
- Good communication ability/ strong execution and pushing force.
