Misson: Accountable for accurate, timely and complete payroll processing and records maintenance and management, for internships, active, pre-retired and retired employees and executivesMain Responsibilities:
- Process employee personal, professional, compensation and benefits data;
- Process employee and employer deductions;
- Process employee Time & Attendance data and reconcile variances;
- Researches discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing closing;
- Elaborate payroll monthly compulsory/legal reports and payments to institutions
- Estimate payroll amounts per company and request bank provisions monthly, before payroll closin;
- Submit payroll monthly payments files to the bank and liaise ad hoc bank transfers with treasury and accounting;
- Reconcile payroll account statements;
- Prepare and provide supporting documentation and/or information for Auditors and Inspectors;
- Prepare and send communications for employees regarding compensation and benefits topics;
- Manage the access cards for employees and externals;
- Keep track and ensure the recording of documentation;
- Prepare forms, declarations, letters or other documentation for several institutions and employees;
- Ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines;
- Provide assistance/customer service to employees regarding their payslip, compensation, benefits, time & attendance by phone, e-mail or in person;
- Ensure the activities regarding occupational and prevention health management;
- Manage the Health, security and Hygiene mailbox and Commission;
- Confers with a variety of internal and external parties for the purpose of ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Salary:1000€-1200€

Competências:
Requirements:- 3 years of proven experience as payroll specialist. Preferencial: Experience performing Payroll in a multinational organization;
- Deep legal and fiscal knowledge, namelly: Labour Legislation, Collective Agreement, Taxes, Social Security;
-Knowledge of finance, treasury and accounting principles and budget management;
-Deep knowledge of the organizational structure and people;
-Strong in MS Office, advanced in Excel;
-Knowledge of basic math (e.g.calculations using percents and/or ratios);
-Experience in operating HR Systems (e.g. Gesven GRH, HR Suite, Cornerstone, SAP or other similar);
-Independent user in English both spoken as written.
