Our Client is a multinational network and telecommunications equipment company. They are the largest supplier of networking and telecommunications equipment in the world.

They are looking for an Offline Manager:

Be responsible for online service management, including hotline / e-mail / chat service, knowledge management and online issue management.

Competências:

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of online service experience in a consumer electronics company, hotline / e-mail / chat service, knowledge management and online issue management;
- Familiar with online service mode and online service operation flow in consumer electronics industry in Portugal, and sensitive for consumers requirement/complaint/voice;
- Strong data analysis ability, including online business data and online service cost;
- Good communication ability, strong execution and pushing force;
- Familiar with supplier management.


Principais responsabilidades

Main Responsibilities:

- Online Service strategy formulating and implementing;
- Service supplier management, including supplier certification/ supplier evaluation/ KPI monitoring and improvement;
- Online Service (hotline / e-mail / chat) management, including on-site management and business operation;
- VOC and online issue management;
- Knowledge producing, maintain, optimization and EOL management;
- Official online service platform management, like official App and Website optimization.
