Requirements:-Good presentation, communication, active listening and story-telling skills
-Broad understanding of the hiring profiles
-Familiarity and comfort with high tech and fast paced culture
-Proficient with boolean search strategies
-Can build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience recruiting applicants with "hot" (tech) skills a plus
-Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions
-Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research
-Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Psychology
-4+ years of recruiting-related experience.
Principais responsabilidades
As a Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the implementation of Global or Area recruiting programs. You will provide key support to the leader in Talent Acquisition and will provide guidance and interpretation to Avanade’s regions and conducts research and analysis as requested. Additionally, you will partner with the Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements and help ensure that the recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with EEO guidelines.Oferta
What We Offer:-Base Salary: between €1500/ €1800/month (it depends on the experience shown) + transportation expenses: €34 + car Allowance: €0,22 cents/month + Mobile Allowance: €25,72€/month + Meal Allowance: €6/day
-Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
-Temporary Contract with Randstad (3 monts)
