Principais responsabilidades
We are looking for communicative professionals to provide customer support for our client’s new service.This position helds the responsibility of contacting small and medium businesses to provide support through three different communication channels: chat, e-mail and phone. You also have to identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.
Oferta
What We Offer:-Contract with Randstad, in a project with continuity (after a month, possible contract with the final client);
- Base Salary: €1100/month (gross) + Meal allowance: €7,63/day + Transportation expenses: €40/month + Shuttle services + Language bonus €300/month + Signing bonus: €1100 + Excellent workplace conditions.
