Randstad is looking for a Country Pharmacovigilance Specialist for a client in the health sectorThis professional will have as main responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Pharmacovigilance Regional Director (Southern Europe), to set up and maintain an efficient Pharmacovigilance system in compliance with the national regulations for Human and veterinary drugs and for biological products;
- To Act as the national Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance;
- To ensure appropriate contacts with the other organizations not limited to country Regulatory Affairs Quality Assurance, Marketing and Sales organization and with Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Competent Authorities;
- To collect, document, follow-up and transmit all local Adverse Events (AE), and other information of relevance (overdose, lack of effect, abuse, misuse, pregnancy, medication errors) to the Global Patient Safety (GPS) organization and archive;
- temporary work contract to replace maternity leave (6 to 9 months);
Competências:
- Degree in Medicine, or Pharmacy, or Veterinary, or Biology or anequivalent degree in a scientific field;
- For a person with the specified education (see above) a 2 or 3 years professional experience, for the Country Pharmacovigiiance Specialist, is required in this field of activity;
- Ability to communicate;
- Fluent in English;
