Job Duties
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
Communicate with leads and customers via email
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Prepare meeting materials
Fills documents related to training
Track client’s communications and information archival on CRM
Follows up with clients
Fill related clients documents
Fill sales reports
Provide proposals including pricing
Provide the Sales Head of the department with updates on the leads etc...
Requirements:
- Based in Lisboa
- 3-5 years of sales experience
Office Location: Lisboa- Portugal
Salary: 850-1000 euro + commission
