Randstad is looking for a BackOffice Administrative Clerk for a renowned company

Competências:

High school diploma;
Good IT skills (SAP is an advantage);
Proficieny in english (both written and spoken);
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Principais responsabilidades

Administrative support in the following areas:
Introducing Customer Orders in the ERP system;
Invoicing and shipment of Customer Orders;
Assisting Finance Department with Administrative tasks related to Customers Receivables;
Collects and organizes information/documentation to assist Finance Manager in the EDI project with public hospitals.

900€ + 7.63 (meal allowance)
