- Order management - order reception by EDI, Fax, Mail or Phone and order process to delivery;- Deliveries track and follow up with the LSP;
- Stock allocation to orders in alignment with Demand Planning and Sales prioritization;
- Providing accurate and timely communication as the main point of contact for any customer related issue or query;
- Handling claims with customers and LSP - follow up returns if they exist in cooperation with the Sales and Customer;
- Analyze customer's problems and find solutions with the rest of the team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources;
- Analyze any disruption situation that occurs to understand the change needed on the logistics parameters to contribute to improve service level and logistics costs;
- Analyze any quality disruption situation with the Quality team to ensure the quality parameters and the customer are accomplished.
Requisitos:
- Experience in similar roles;
- Be comfortable and confident interacting with a variety of customers from all ages with different backgrounds.
- Be a positive people person, a good communicator
