Our client, 3P CORPORATE, is an innovating French group with an international focus. They are developing and manufacturing inventive solutions in high-performance plastics for the most critical applications of sensitive industrial markets such as Automotive, Aerospace or Oil & gas. For their headquarters in Langres (France), they are looking for the following position:
I+D PROJECT MANAGER
-Plastic Injection Molding-
Missions:
Manage different projects from start to finish: as a project manager and injection molding specialist, ensure the design and development of technical components in all the steps from their design to the production launch. Also ensure the respect of the quality, deadlines, costs and cost prices specifications of each project.
Lead and coordinate Project Teams: supported in all his/her missions by project teams that he/she will design and develop according to the needs of each project and lead for as long as they last Will work in tight collaboration with sales engineers, materials experts and quality, methods, industrialization, planning or management control teams.
Develop a technical industrial expertise: the project managers is also the preferred technical referent of the company and its customers for all issues in their field of expertise: they strengthen and develop the group relationship with the customers by offering a proactive technical support and by developing a long term partnership with the technical department of said-customers.
We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Master degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
More than 5 year experience in a similar position in the Plastics Industry.
Proven Knowledge of the injection molding processes.
Fluent English. French will be a real plus
For this position, the candidate should be willing to move to the headquarters in France stably.
