Faro based call centre is currently recruiting telephone based customer care operators to join an expanding team.Successful candidates will be primarily dealing with customers by telephone but also by letter and email. They will be required to resolve queries, negotiate and take payments.
Applicants should have good IT skills and be both customer focussed and excellent communication in written and spoken English.
Additional Languages are preferred. Chinese and Arabic are a plus.
Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided but customer services experience is preferred.
