At Pixida, we are passionate technology consultants and developers for digitalization and mobility solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Support Engineer to support our global teams.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing of independent IT support
- Handling, analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests
- Hands-on support for local client laptops, mobile phones and networks
- Provisioning of client laptops and peripherals
- Remote 1st and 2nd level support for our global teams
- Creation and improvement of documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in supporting IT hardware and infrastructures
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Understanding of general information security and data privacy principles
- Knowledge in cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or MS Azure desired
