We are recruiting an HR Generalist for a multinational company on the Energy Sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Support the HRBP and local management in recruitments;
- Prepare job descriptions;
- Upload the job request in the internal recruitment tool;
- Coordinate interviews with local management and Business Partner;
- Support the employer in preparing documents imposing disciplinary measures for breach of labor discipline in coordination with the HRBP;
- Support the HRBP in monitoring amendments to the effective employment legislation and duly implement any such amendments;
- Support the HRBP in recommending changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention, evaluate benefit contracts and assist/run local bids to renew terms and conditions or add new benefits in line with market practices in
coordination with Corporate HR functions;
- Support local management and the HRBP in the annual salary and bonus processes, in coordination with Corporate HR functions wherever necessary;
- Cover all basic labor law aspects and maintain the required employee documentation;
- Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with local and Corporate HR policies and governmental laws and regulations;
- Answer employee questions and address employee concerns with company; including employee safety, wellness and health;
- Liaise with temporary work agencies for recruitment purposes and be responsible for providing inputs regarding the contractual part after validating with labor lawyer;
- Coordinate with the office manager work medicine consultations for new joiners as well as
health insurance admissions.
O que precisas de garantir
- University degree in Psychology or Human Resources;
- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
- Specialized training in HR preferred (e.g. employment law, compensation, training, etc.);
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist position will be considered a strong plus;
- Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and PowerPoint.
