Kelly Engineering is recruiting a Supplier Quality Management, to join the Electrical Chargers Factory of our client Siemens, located in Corroios.

What are your main responsibilities?

• Ensure and continuously improve quality of suppliers and their deliveries. Support and drive cross-functional cooperation with respective parties such as: Procurement, Quality Management, Manufacturing and Logistics, R&D and Project Management (PM);
• Be the contact partner for the supplier for all the quality related issues like Quality Assurance agreements and supplier performance;
• Regular supplier audit planning and executing;
• FMEA execution together with suppliers;
• Supplier evaluation and release process together with procurement;
• Responsible for supplier KPIs like supplier incident rate;
• Cross-collaborate with all internal stakeholders to implement preventive measures to ensure best quality;
• Alignment with Quality Headquarters for processes and procedures;
• Establish training plans for dedicated functions;
• Establish control plans for incoming inspection;
• Ensure "ready to order" status together with procurement;
• Follow standardized supplier qualification process according corporate guidelines "Ready for business".

What do I need to qualify to this job?

• Electrical, electronic or electrotechnical engineering or Electrical and Computer engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environment;
• Certified auditor according ISO 9001;
• Experience on using engineering techniques and continuous improvement methodologies: FMEA; 8Dreport; 5Why; APQP; Poka Yoke, Value Stream Mapping);
• Portuguese and English fluency, written and spoken;
• Team player, resilient, decision maker, responsible and open minded.
