Operational Procurement Buyer (m/f) GERMAN SPEAKER
Your Opportunity:
• Process purchase orders and follow up on the execution
• Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments
• Manage the day to day contact with internal and external interfaces
• Follow up on issues and complaints
• Give support in operational tasks and back office
• Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Comply with legislation, SGL policies and Global Purchasing rules
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures for purchasing goods and services
• Give inputs and feedback regarding supplier performance
• Update Master Data in SAP system
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
Your Profile:
• Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus;
• Two or three years of experience in a similar position within Purchasing is a plus;
• Fluent in English and German (mandatory);
• Computer proficiency;
• SAP ability is a plus;
• Team work ability;
• Availability to travel;
• Sharp internal customer focus;
• Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning;
• Ability to deliver consistently to timescales.
