We are hiring a Process Engineer for a multinational automotive company implementing it's first manufacturing unit in Portugal.

O que terás de fazer

The Process Engineer is responsible for having a strategic oversight and design input to processes in manufacturing. You will be taking the one to initiate and drive process improvement within the factory. You will work closely with the Production Manager.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Conducting research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes;

- Responsible for maintaining and providing up-to-date procedures, and improving them where deemed necessary;

- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production;

- Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations;

- Create and update working instructions;

- Develop necessary tools for production lines.

O que precisas de garantir

- Bachelor's Degree in a Mechanical Engineering or similar ;

- Minimum of five years' experience in process engineering and in industrial environment;

- Experience in automotive industry (preferential);

- Solid experience in AutoCad software or similar;

- Good communication skills, problem analysis ability, strong coordination ability and team spirit;

- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
