- French native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- English fluent speaker;
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Excellent customer care skills in the tourism sector;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner.
- Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory, since you'll be working from home initially.

- We are looking for people with a multicultural attitude, fluent in French and English to provide support for the French tourism sector. For the TripAdvisor's project, you'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible experience.
